Order Processing
Orders placed before 2pm (Monday-Friday) are usually dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm or at weekends will be dispatched the next working day.
You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Delivery Area
We currently deliver to all UK mainland addresses. Unfortunately, we do not ship to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, BFPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.
Returns Policy
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return your item(s) within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
To return an item:
- Contact us at [email protected] with your order number
- We will provide you with return instructions
- Package the item securely in its original packaging
- Send it back to us via tracked delivery
Please note:
- Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging
- For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened cosmetics products
- Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 working days of receiving your return
Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including return postage costs.
