Are your products genuine?
Absolutely. Every product we sell is 100% authentic and genuine. We source exclusively from authorised UK wholesalers and distributors. We never sell counterfeit or imitation products.
How are your prices so low?
We work directly with UK wholesale distributors, buying in bulk which allows us to pass significant savings on to you. We also keep our overheads low by operating primarily online.
What brands do you stock?
We stock a wide range of popular brands including L'Oreal Paris, Rimmel London, Max Factor, Revlon, Maybelline, NYX Professional Makeup, Barry M, Bourjois, Collection, and Technic, with new brands being added regularly.
How long will delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 3-5 working days. Express delivery takes 1-2 working days. Orders placed before 2pm on working days are usually dispatched the same day.
Is delivery free?
Yes! We offer free standard delivery on all orders over £25. Orders under £25 have a standard delivery charge of £2.99.
Can I return a product?

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the UK mainland. We hope to offer international shipping in the future.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website.

I received a damaged item, what should I do?
We are sorry to hear that. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at [email protected] with photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
