1. About Us

Luxe Glow UK is a UK-based online retailer of authentic branded makeup and cosmetics. Our registered address is 2 Hazledean Road, Cheltenham GL51 0QF, United Kingdom.

2. Products

All products sold on luxeglowuk.com are 100% authentic branded items sourced from authorised UK wholesale distributors. Product descriptions and images are as accurate as possible, but slight variations may occur due to screen display differences.

3. Pricing

All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT at the applicable UK rate (currently 20%). We reserve the right to change prices without notice. Prices are confirmed at the point of order placement.

4. Ordering & Payment

By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase products. We may accept or decline your order at our discretion. Payment is taken at the point of order. Payment is collected via a secure payment link sent to your email within 5 minutes of order placement. The link supports major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

5. Delivery

• UK Standard Delivery: £2.99 (3-5 working days)
• UK Express Delivery: £5.99 (1-2 working days)
• Free Standard Delivery: On all orders over £25

We dispatch orders Monday to Friday. Orders placed before 2pm are dispatched the same day where possible. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

6. Returns & Refunds

You have 30 days from delivery to return unwanted items for a full refund. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, contact us at [email protected].

Refunds are processed within 5-10 working days of receiving the returned item. Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including return postage costs.

8. Cancellations

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. Contact us at [email protected] to exercise this right.
